KPC Accounting Services.
- You will enter into an agreement with KPC Accounting Services to provide accounting and tax services required by your company
- KPC will require monthly income statements, receipts of expenses of running your company
- This paper work must be received by the 21st of the following month throughout the entire year.
- Each quarter KPC will return all paperwork along with a balance sheet covering your company the year end date period.
Our KPC Accounting Service Bookkeeping and Accounting package consists of;
BOOKKEEPING
1. Monthly bookkeeping service: all receipts must be received at KPC Accounting and Bookkeeping office within 25 days of the end of each preceding month. (Missing or additional receipts/Items after this date may incur additional charges.)
2. Quarterly General Ledgers will be sent along with the return of receipts for the preceding quarter.
TAX FILING
1. T5 filing at each year end as required
2. Annual tax filings for Corporation (90 days after year end.). Late/missing bookkeeping items may impact this time frame.
3. Annual GST filings for Corporation (90 days after year end.). Late/missing bookkeeping items may impact this time frame.
4. Annual personal tax filings for shareholder and spouse (if spouse is shareholder in corporation). Late/missing bookkeeping items may impact this time frame.
